The firstAI Organizationfor your business

Know what is happening in your business.
Before someone outside does.

Fran directs an AI organization for your business: departments of small agents, each watching one part of it. Fran crosses what they see and is the only one who talks to you. He never claims what he cannot show, and when he does not know, he says so.

  • ✓Talks on Telegram
  • ✓Encrypted per business, own key
  • ✓First month he watches and asks, he does not opine

how much did we sell on Monday?
Monday's till was 320k. You told me yourself at Monday's close, on the 13th.
and why was Tuesday lower?
I don't know. I have not seen enough Tuesdays yet to know what a normal Tuesday looks like here. I keep watching.

Why Fran exists

Every AI you know waits for your question. Fran asks it.

✗

A chatbot answers what you ask

To use it well you already need to know what to ask. The expensive problems rarely announce themselves as questions.

✗

A dashboard shows you numbers

Someone has to remember to look, and to know what those numbers looked like before. Nobody looks at a number, people look at a change.

✓

Fran works the other way

You do not ask him for anything. He watches, remembers, and tells you what nobody was looking at, with the evidence attached.

What that is worth to an owner

Problems get caught early, and inside

Every problem has a cheap moment and an expensive one. The expensive one is when a customer finds it. Fran's job is that you hear about it in the cheap one.

Someone finally remembers

What normal looked like, what you changed in March, what happened last time. Today that lives only in your head, and your head is busy running the place.

You stop being the only one watching

You work in the business all day, so nobody is watching the business. That is Fran's whole job, every day, and he comes to you. Nothing to remember to check.

How it works

An organization that comes to work, not an app you set up

1

The interview

Fran asks how this business actually runs: the hours, the rhythm, what is normal, and what nobody can ever stay quiet about. Twenty questions, in your words.

2

Your organization takes shape

From your answers Fran proposes the agents that will monitor your business: what each one watches, how often, at what time. You correct it before anything starts.

3

One voice, on Telegram

The agents watch, the departments cross what they see, and only Fran talks to you: at the agreed time, in your timezone. Two lines is enough, and "nothing unusual" is also an answer.

4

Memory with dates

Everything enters a dated timeline. Ask and Fran answers with the datum and its date, saying whether a system emitted it or a person said it. If the timeline does not have it: "I don't know".

The constitution

Fran has rules he does not negotiate

They are written before he starts working, and no amount of learning can override them.

The floor has three forms, you fill them with your business:

  • Something got out: someone outside found out before you.
  • Something is not coming back: money, a client, work to redo.
  • Something broke: it ran one way, now it runs another, and nobody explains it.

Evidence beats narrative

He never asserts, he shows. If he cannot point at the fact and the date, he keeps it to himself.

He knows how to say "I don't know"

He never invents causes. He shows what happened at the same time, and the one who decides if one explains the other is you.

The floor is not negotiable

What you defined as never-stay-quiet gets said the day it happens. Even if you asked for silence, even on a Sunday.

He never names people

He reports the finding, never the person. Your customers' names are not even stored.

He never executes

He proposes, with the evidence and the why. The one who decides is always you.

An AI Organization, not just AI tools

One question no single agent can answer

"What is going on in my business?" cannot be answered by one model looking at one thing. Fran is the chief of staff of a small organization: agents that each watch a single source, departments that cross what they see, and one mouth that talks to you. Fran's.

The organization is deduced from YOUR business in the interview, not picked from a catalog. This is the one Fran proposed for a greengrocer:

Daily check-in at close

watching

Operations · every day, 20:00

Spoiled produce of the week

watching

Operations · Mondays, 19:30

Supplier prices after each market run

watching

Outside · Tue and Fri, 10:00

Reference prices of nearby competitors

watching

Outside · once a month

From a real interview with the product. Every agent starts in the watching phase: no opinions until it has seen enough.

Security

Fran has to see your business.
Nobody else ever will.

Fran only works if you tell him what you would never post anywhere. So here encryption is not a feature, it is the design: everything he knows is sealed with your business's own key before it touches the database.

AES-256-GCMOne key per businessEnvelope encryptionThird-party names: never stored

Encrypted per business, with its own key

Everything Fran knows about your business is encrypted with a key that only your account unlocks. A database leak exposes nothing readable, of anyone.

Third-party names are never stored

Your customers' and patients' names are removed before anything is saved, even encrypted. What was never stored cannot leak.

He only sees what you send him

Fran does not connect to anything by himself and does not read anyone's conversations. He sees what you write to him and what you choose to forward.

Built in the open

What exists today, and what is being built

Fran today

  • ✓The interview: his first day of work
  • ✓His agenda, proposed by him and corrected by you
  • ✓Check-ins on Telegram, at your local time
  • ✓A dated timeline of everything you tell him
  • ✓Answers with the datum and its date, or an honest "I don't know"

Being built, in this order

  • Noticing changes against what he learned is normal here
  • The weekly summary, including what he chose not to interrupt you with
  • Reading the emails your systems already send, so hard data enters alone
  • Your team talking to him, when you introduce them

When a claim moves from this list to the rest of the page, it is because it shipped.

Manifesto

We don't believe the future of AI belongs to bigger models.

We believe it belongs to better organizations.

One giant model tries to do everything. Organizations don't.

Organizations are built from specialists, small, focused, each owning a single responsibility.

Working together. Sharing one brain. Learning together. Growing together.

small models → shared brain → AI organization

More specialized.

Cheaper.

Faster.

Easier to control.

That's why we're building Fran, the first AI Organization.

The operating system for AI Organizations.

Questions owners actually ask

Why Telegram and not WhatsApp?+

Meta's terms prohibit AI assistants as the primary feature on the WhatsApp API since January 2026. Telegram also has a property we care about: the bot only sees what you write to it, nothing else.

What does Fran see of my business?+

Only what you tell him and what you choose to forward. He does not connect to your accounts, your inbox or your files by himself.

What if I use no systems at all?+

That is exactly what the check-in is for. You put in the regularity by answering two lines at close, and "nothing unusual" is also a dated datum. Fran is built for businesses that run on paper and memory.

Will he flood me with messages?+

He has working hours and an agreed agenda, and you correct both. Outside of that he only speaks if something touches the floor you defined. He never writes at eleven at night.

Can he be wrong?+

Yes, and his rule is to never dress it up. He does not assert without evidence, he does not invent causes, and when he does not know, he says "I don't know" instead of producing something plausible.

How much does it cost?+

Pricing is not published yet. The first businesses come in talking directly with the founder, while Fran is built in the open with a real design partner.
